You'll work closely with our coaching and wider staff, translating analysis into clear feedback for our team, units and individuals. Take a lead role in our player development plans and ensure our progress at all levels is tracked and recorded.
Main responsibilities
- Conduct tactical post-match evaluations at team level and prepare feedback in close coordination with the coaching staff.
- Conduct post-match evaluations at player and unit level, ensuring the analysis is closely aligned with each player’s Individual Development Plan (IDP).
- Take a lead role in the Individual Development Plan process prepare presentations and tracking information.
- Be responsible for maintaining and continuously updating our IDP.
- Live Tagging: Be responsible for live tagging during matches, ensuring accurate tagging of predefined events and phases of play.
- Video Editing: Edit and prepare post-match video files to ensure they are ready to use shortly after the match.
- Best Practice Library: Organise and continuously update a Best Practice Library containing relevant solutions at a tactical, technical, or individual level.
We expect you to contribute to creating a culture of high standards and accountability and maintain clear standards for data accuracy and confidentiality when handling player and match information.
Qualifications and experience
- Strong understanding of football tactics and match analysis principles.
- Experience with video analysis and live-tagging tools (e.g. Hudl Sportscode, LiveTagPro or similar).
- Ability to translate data and video insight into clear, actionable presentations for coaches and players.
- Structured and detail-oriented, with strong organisational skills for managing IDPs and the Best Practice Library.
- Strong communication skills, comfortable presenting to both coaching staff and players.
- Able to work efficiently under time pressure, including quick turnaround on post-match video editing.
- Team-player and thrives working independently.
- Experience working under pressure while ensuring work is completed on time and to a high standard.
- Fluent in English, both spoken and written. Danish language skills are an advantage but not a requirement.
